Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Litigation Solicitor on a part-time basis. The role covers civil and family litigation matters and is ideal for someone seeking a flexible workload while maintaining high-level advocacy and case-management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Managing litigation files independently from initial instructions through to resolution
- Appearing at all levels of tribunals and courts as required
- Providing clear and strategic advice to clients on litigation risks, processes, and outcomes
- Preparing pleadings, submissions, evidence, and other court documents

Qualifications
- At least 5+ years PQE in civil litigation or family litigation (both preferred but not required)
- Strong advocacy skills and confidence appearing in hearings at various levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
